Having a maintenance contract ensures you get immediate help whenever you need it. 

We have monthly plans that include onsite hours, remote access support, and phone support around the clock 24/7.

Below are some general pricing guidelines for an office running 10 PC's. Please contact us for exact pricing.

 

$295/month INCLUDES:

  • Remote maintenance work on All Office Computers [every other week] (spyware, virus, adware, system & software updates, TUNE-UPS, CLEAN-UPS, and removing junk software that employees install)
  • (Each PC is estimated to require at least 1.5 hour of active remote attention per month: 10 PC’s = 15 hours estimated remote maintenance/month)
  • Phone/remote Support for 10 hours (please reserve for important system failures only!)
  • Required on-site visits will be at current hourly rate, Extra phone support will be $25/hr.

 

 

 

$345/month INCLUDES:

  • Remote maintenance work on All Office Computers [every other week] (spyware, virus, adware, system & software updates, TUNE-UPS, CLEAN-UPS, and removing junk software that employees install)
  • (Each PC is estimated to require at least 1 hour of active remote attention per month: 10 PC’s = 15 hours estimated remote maintenance/month)
  • Phone/remote Support for 10 hours (please reserve for important system failures only!)
  • 25gb of Remote Online Backup Space for use with Managed Online Backup Service (scheduled to run daily or at longer intervals to backup up to 2 PC’s of choice)
  • Required on-site visits will be at the current hourly rate, extra phone support will be at $25/hr.

 

 

$395/month INCLUDES:

  • Remote maintenance work on All Office Computers [every other week] (spyware, virus, adware, system & software updates, TUNE-UPS, CLEAN-UPS, and removing junk software that employees install)
  • (Each PC is estimated to require at least 1 hour of active remote attention per month: 10 PC’s = 15 hours estimated remote maintenance/month)
  • Phone/remote Support for 10 hours (please reserve for important system failures only!)
  • 50gb of Remote Online Backup Space for use with Managed Online Backup Service (scheduled to run daily or at longer intervals to backup up to 3 PC’s of choice)
  • 2 FREE hours of on-site service in case of a system failure
  • Extra on-site visits will be at current hourly rate, Extra phone support will be $25/hr

 

 

 

 

Notes:

 

- You are free to upgrade/downgrade/cancel service plans as you wish and

- Prices are guaranteed for 1 year only

- We are not responsible for intentional damage or failures resulting of physical damage and carelessness to the computers

- If requested, logs will be can provided at the end of the month to show hours and corrective actions applied on specific computers.

- Managed Online Backup Service: basically means a monkey(Johnny) monitors the backups everyday to make sure they are backing up everything! And that you have an option to receive a daily/weekly email log to see whether or not the backups completed successfully. Your data is encrypted by a password and “locked” even against the remote backup server, you basically don’t have to worry about swapping tapes and worrying about people having access to your backup tapes and private data.
